Dr. Nelms is an out-of-network provider; however, our highly skilled and experienced office staff is happy to file your insurance claims and help you maximize your benefits. Most insurance plans will pay to the office with out-of-network benefits. We do this as a courtesy to you to help minimize your personal expenses while maintaining our commitment to providing the highest quality of dental care.
